Pillar 3 of 5 · Servicing the lead

The Console Where the
Work Actually Runs

Service is the desktop console your staff work in, and the mobile form your field techs close jobs on. It is the logged-in half of the business — the part that turns an answered call into finished, billable work, and the part most software in this category leaves you to run on text threads.

Inside the Console

Staff only, and behind a real session — so these are screenshots rather than a demo you can click through. Ask for a walkthrough and we will drive it live.

Console → live queue

The queue: every job that has come in, with its work, address, price and state.

Screenshot pending

Console → job card

A job card: the customer, the work, the quote, the hold, the assigned tech and the history.

Console → blast + returned ETAs

A blast out to your providers, with the ETAs that came back ready to pick from.

Console → masked message thread

The tech and customer thread, masked on both sides and readable by the dispatcher.

What a Dispatcher Can Do

Six things, all from the same screen. The point of the console is that none of them need a second tab, a phone call to a driver, or a spreadsheet only one person understands.

A live queue

Every job that has come in, in one list, newest first. Each row carries the work, the address, the price and where the job has got to — so someone walking in mid-shift can read the whole board in one look.

A job card per job

One screen holding the customer, the work, the address, the quote, the authorization, the assigned tech and the full history of what happened and when. Nothing about the job lives anywhere else.

Blast to your providers

Send the job to your whole provider list at once instead of calling down it one number at a time. Replies come back with an ETA attached.

Assign by ETA

Pick from the ETAs that came back rather than from whoever answered first. The tech who can actually be there in twenty minutes gets the work.

Number-masked comms

The field tech and the customer text each other through the platform. Neither sees the other's real number, and a dispatcher can read the whole thread on the job card when something is disputed later.

Quote and hold controls

Re-quote a job that turned out bigger, see the authorization taken on the call, and hand it to Collect when the work is done — from the same card you dispatched from.

The Field Form Has No Login

Closing a job takes photos, the customer's signature and the real line items. All three are filed from the tech's own phone, on a form that opens from a one-time link texted for that one job.

  • No app to install. It opens in the browser already on the phone, on the first tap.
  • No password to remember. The link is the credential, it opens one job, and it stops working once that job is closed.
  • Built for one hand, at night, outdoors. Big targets, short steps, nothing that needs a keyboard when it could need a tap.
  • It lands on the job card as it arrives. No upload step, no end-of-shift paperwork run, no chasing anyone for photos.

This is deliberate. A field tech who runs two jobs a month for you will skip the paperwork before they will reset a password — and the paperwork is what you bill on.

Three Roles, Not One Login

Console accounts are provisioned by hand — there is no self-signup, and no way for someone to make their own way in. Each account holds one of three roles.

Dispatcher

Works the queue. Blasts jobs, assigns techs, reads and sends the customer thread, re-quotes when the job changes, closes work out.

Administrator

Everything a dispatcher can do, plus the things that outlive a shift: provider records, rate configuration, and who holds an account.

Read-only auditor

Sees jobs, threads and money exactly as they happened, and changes nothing. For the person reconstructing a job weeks later — a claim, a chargeback, a billing query.

Your customers and your field techs appear all over the console and hold no account in it. A customer is reached by phone and text; a tech works from a one-time link for one job.

Pricing · Pillar 3

What Service Costs

One platform fee for the software, plus a flat amount on each job you actually dispatch. A quiet week costs you almost nothing.

Platform fee

$500

per month, all software pillars

Per dispatched job

$2.00

charged when a job is sent to someone

Your dispatchers are not a line item

The console is built around people today — a dispatcher works the queue, picks the ETA, and handles the call that goes sideways. That flexibility is deliberate, and it is your staffing, not ours. There is no per-seat charge, no per-dispatcher charge and no per-hour charge anywhere in this pillar.

As the models improve, more of that layer becomes optional. The cost of running the loop keeps converging on the AI voice itself — which is the one place we do charge by the minute.

Service works on its own

Your dispatchers can work the console with calls that arrive any way they arrive today.

And with the pillar next to it

Add Collect and the job you just closed bills itself against the hold already taken.

How Pricing Works

One

A platform fee

One monthly fee for the software, however many of the four software pillars you switch on. Adding a pillar does not add a second platform fee.

Two

Usage in its own unit

Voice is per minute. The console is per dispatched job. Billing is per transaction. Retain is included. You are never charged twice for the same job — and never for the people running it.

Three

Marketing, quoted apart

Attract is a retainer plus your ad spend, quoted per engagement. It is never inside the platform total and can be stopped without touching the software.

4 · CollectTaking payment$1.00 per transactionCharged on captures and invoices, not on quotes.

Figures marked like this are placeholders while final pricing is set. The per-minute ladder is real.

Cost Breakdown: How Vepsy Helps You Save

A staffed phone line is expensive—and the true cost isn't just wages. It's overtime, after-hours premiums, management time, training, and the revenue you lose when calls go to voicemail, sit on hold, or get handled inconsistently.

And “paying more” doesn't guarantee better outcomes. High turnover and uneven call quality create the same pattern across industries: longer calls, missed details, frustrated customers, and lower conversion— especially when your best people are busy doing the actual work.

Vepsy flips the model. Qualify, the AI voice pillar, answers instantly, handles routine requests end-to-end, captures the right information, and hands off to a real person only when it matters—with full context. You get consistent, on-brand performance 24/7 without staffing swings, fatigue, or after-hours surprises.

The result: faster responses, cleaner handoffs, shorter call times, and more booked work—so you grow without building your business around the phone.
