Vepsy is a brand of Word Towing Solutions LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. Throughout this document, “Vepsy”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Word Towing Solutions LLC. Any messaging program, sender identity or telephone number operated under the Vepsy name is operated by Word Towing Solutions LLC.

This Privacy Policy describes the policies of Word Towing Solutions LLC, 555 Fayetteville Street, Suite 201-A, Raleigh, NC 27601, United States (email: sales@vepsy.com), operating under the brand name Vepsy, on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our website and services. We may modify this policy at any time; changes become effective 180 days after posting.

Information We Collect

We collect your name, email address, and mobile number. Where you contact us through this website, we also collect the company name and website you give us.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to deliver the service you asked for: creating and administering accounts, providing support, and managing customer orders. Where you have separately agreed to it, we may also use your name and email address for marketing, promotional activities and testimonials. Any additional use requires your separate consent unless legally required otherwise.

Your mobile number is never used for marketing or promotional purposes.It is used only to send you the service messages you agreed to receive — described in full in ourSMS Terms and Conditions — and to reply to you if you message us.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

Word Towing Solutions LLC operates SMS and MMS messaging programs under the Vepsy brand. Where you have given consent, we use your mobile number to send messages relating to the service you asked for.

Consent

We send text messages only to numbers whose owner has opted in. For roadside and dispatch messages, consent is given verbally on the recorded phone call in which you ask for service: we read you a disclosure naming the messages we will send, their frequency, that rates may apply, and how to stop them, and you must agree before anything is sent. Contracted service providers consent when they are onboarded and give us the dispatch number they want job offers sent to.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, and never a condition of being helped. We do not buy, rent or import phone numbers from third parties.

How mobile information is shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.Information may be shared only with the subcontractors who deliver the messages on our behalf — such as our messaging carrier and communications platform — and only for that purpose.

Message frequency, cost and help

Message frequency: typically three to six messages for a single roadside job. This is not a recurring or subscription program.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s rates are your own.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Retention of Your Information

We retain your personal information for 90 days to 2 years after your account remains idle, or as needed for the purposes stated above. We may retain information longer for record-keeping and reporting in accordance with applicable law. Records of messaging consent and opt-out are kept for as long as we are required to evidence them.

Your Rights

You may access, rectify, or erase your personal data; receive copies of it; restrict its processing; withdraw consent; and lodge complaints. To exercise these rights, write to us atsales@vepsy.com. Opt-out options are available for marketing communications.

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission is fully guaranteed. Third-party links on our site fall outside the scope of this policy — please review external privacy policies independently.
