Pay for the Pillars
You Actually Use
There is a platform fee for the software you switch on, and usage metered in each pillar's own honest unit — minutes where the cost is minutes, jobs where the cost is jobs, transactions where the cost is transactions. You are never charged for the people who run the work. Marketing is a service line and is quoted separately. No tokens, no credits, no points.

How Pricing Works
One
A platform fee
One monthly fee for the software, however many of the four software pillars you switch on. Adding a pillar does not add a second platform fee.
Two
Usage in its own unit
Voice is per minute. The console is per dispatched job. Billing is per transaction. Retain is included. You are never charged twice for the same job — and never for the people running it.
Three
Marketing, quoted apart
Attract is a retainer plus your ad spend, quoted per engagement. It is never inside the platform total and can be stopped without touching the software.
| Pillar | What it is | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Attract | Marketing for a lead | Quoted separatelyRetainer + ad spend, per engagement. Never part of the platform total. |
| 2 · Qualify | Qualifying the lead | 80¢ → 25¢ per minuteThe volume ladder. Real rates. |
| 3 · Service | Servicing the lead | Platform fee + $2.00 per dispatched jobOne platform fee however many software pillars you run. No per-seat or per-dispatcher charge. |
| 4 · Collect | Taking payment | $1.00 per transactionCharged on captures and invoices, not on quotes. |
| 5 · Retain | Receiving feedback | IncludedNo separate charge. Review requests and surveys come with the platform. |
Figures marked like this are placeholders while final pricing is set. The per-minute ladder is real.
Cost Breakdown: How Vepsy Helps You Save
A staffed phone line is expensive—and the true cost isn't just wages. It's overtime, after-hours premiums, management time, training, and the revenue you lose when calls go to voicemail, sit on hold, or get handled inconsistently.
And “paying more” doesn't guarantee better outcomes. High turnover and uneven call quality create the same pattern across industries: longer calls, missed details, frustrated customers, and lower conversion— especially when your best people are busy doing the actual work.
Vepsy flips the model. Qualify, the AI voice pillar, answers instantly, handles routine requests end-to-end, captures the right information, and hands off to a real person only when it matters—with full context. You get consistent, on-brand performance 24/7 without staffing swings, fatigue, or after-hours surprises.
The result: faster responses, cleaner handoffs, shorter call times, and more booked work—so you grow without building your business around the phone.
